| So many memories in this building, it is being retired this year with the new elementary built and ready for the upcoming school year. I think the city has bought it and will tear down the old part and move their offices into the newer part. I had to have a picture of it since it's such a huge part of my family and my childhood. |

| My dad's office was the 4 long windows above the big planter with the blinds down, and the door in front of the red car went into my mom's 6th grade classroom. My dad taught 5th grade at Belknap 20 years, and was the Principal for 16 years, along with 1 year teaching in Minersville. My mom taught 30 years in several different grades and Title 1. It was so fun to have them both as teachers! |
