MEMORIAL WEEKEND 2012

We had a super fun weekend and headed to Beaver to invade my parent's house while they are vacationing in China.  We also returned their car that we've been borrowing this past week while our truck was in the shop getting a new engine.  It began as a nasty cold day on Saturday but by Monday we came home surnburned!  We visited with all my sisters who were also there and my cute little Grandma Fern.  I love the Beaver cemetary on Memorial Day -  so many people come home and it's so great to visit and catch up with everyone.  Troy and I already have our plots at the cemetary so I showed Braxton the general area of where they are and he was a little confused over the whole concept of 'buying before dying'.  We noticed there are lots of people who already have their plots and headstones in and are years away from needing them...not a bad idea, but a little creepy to see your name in stone!  Anyway, we spent a lot of time in the mountains, we rode around the loop with a quick diverson down to Junction for a treat, and we played baseball up the street at the baseball fields. We had a fun time and Tanner is ready to go back everyday, to play more baseball! Here's some pictures of our fun!!  These pics are from mine and Troy's camera and will be out of order since I need to get more off my camera, but at least they are here....
We had a fun Memorial Day picnic up to Ponderosa and the kids always love throwing rocks in the river

Braxton wanted to sleep on Gma Smith's couch, but he only made it half way there!
